"Second one star review. Policy canceled on September 5th yet credit card billed on September 22nd. Actually got through to someone and she just talked in circles. Worst customer service ever and now with a second bad review I will most likely have to go through my credit card to get this resolved. Their rates are through the roof now. Switched and saving more than $3000 a year. That says a lot for their unnecessary increases. I am now paying less than I did when I switched to them and thought I was saving money. Love and learn for sure."

"When we first got the policy the service was great. Last year I had an increase of $1500. They claim lots of theft in the neighborhood but I think it was because we put in a claim for a hit and run (minor door repair) Now they want another $600 a year. I have tried to call to find out why but always sent to voicemail and no call back. Finally got someone live today who then said I needed to talk to someone else who was on the phone. She would call me back. Well an hour later and still no call. Tried to call again and was sent to voicemail AGAIN. Guess that gentleman was not suppose to pick up the phone. I already found another insurance company that is saving me more than $3000 a year. What a rip off. I should have dumped these guys last year."
